We take great care while perfecting our designs to offer a sleek, eye-catching look while maintaining the utmost structural integrity and durability. One important distinction from other less expensive products is that our item is constructed from alternating strips of wood (always from the same board) instead of just one solid piece. This process is called "laminating". A solid piece of wood will be affected by humidity and other factors, which will have an immediate impact on a piece's integrity including warping and other deformities. With our meticulous laminating process, we arrange the grains of the wood opposite of one another to counteract expansion and contraction that happens naturally from exposure to the elements. We design all of our products to be heirloom pieces which will live through the generations of your family.
